Slow Money Vermont

From November 16-17, 2008, Slow Money held an institute in Grafton, Vermont. which brought together almost 40 sustainable food entrepreneurs and funders. This website was created by Tom Stearns of High Mowing Seeds in support of the event.

Slow Food

Slow Food was founded in 1989 to counteract fast food and fast life, the disappearance of local food traditions and people's dwindling interest in the food they eat, where it comes from, how it tastes and how our food choices affect the rest of the world.
